Hello, I am a new user so sorry for any mistakes i make

i built a ne I5 Sandybridge pc yesterday, i cant get the overclock past 4.4ghz no matter what voltage! please help
4.4ghz works on auto but 4.5ghz does not when i increase the vcore to 1.35 its still unstable, however it stabilises at 4.5ghz @1.45v hich is tooo high for my liking!

am i doing something wrong?

1. do you have LLC enabled (if so what level)
2.If you do i would just say its the chip, some chips just dont overclock as well as others will

That would win the award for the unluckiest chip I've seen to date to only be stable at 4.5 @ 1.45V. The most I've personally ever seen needed for 4.5 was 1.365V.

Just an idea, but try a "+" offset of something like +.025 to see what happens. +.025 gives me 1.336V on my chip, but it'll be different for you because of the way offsets work.
