Kingston pendrive detected but cannot be copied

Hello,
I have a Kingston USB flash drive and it is getting detected by computer and i can be able to copy files.But when i remove and re insert it all the data in it are deleted. Any solution plz.

First, are u sure it is not a counterfeit?
