Best 120mm red LED case fan?

-Anything under or around $10-$20
-3 pin connector please, no PWM fans
-Good noise to airflow ratio. Doesn't have to be silent but I'd prefer nothing extremely loud.
-Under 5 watts, I need 2 of these fans in 1 10w fan controller channel

The linked air penetrators are good fans.
I've used the Cooler Master R4 (Sickle Flow), they have about a 6month life before the bearings grind.
The Aerocool Shark make it about 8 months.
BitFenix Spectre fans look to be good, I'd be interested in trying those out.
