Gts 250 tri sli vs. ati 5970

if the single 5870 gpu performs at per with a gtx 295(2 under-clocked gtx 275), i doubt the 3 cards would even come close to the performance of the 5970(which are under-clocked 5870s) plus with scaling issues the 3 cards setup is bound to perform poorer than the two more powerful cards.
