My Vista machine is running atabout 50% while otherwise idle. Total CPU usage of processes in task manager is much less than CPU usage shown. Downloaded Process Explorer and this shows hardware interrupts are cause of high cpu usage but I have no idea how to identify the hardware involved. Any help would be appreciated.
