How much watts power supply required for ASROCK G31M VS motherboard??

how much watts power supply required for AsRock G31M VS ?? plz i need help hurry....

Depends on the rest of your system specs. Without them I would only be guessing. Some oem systems with the onboard video will run on only 250 watts, but I rarely use less then 350 now. Try to get an antec or ocz ps; they are reasonably priced and decent quality. I use both.

I'd use one of these:

Corsair 400CX (30 amp 12 volt rail)

The 30 amp 12 volt rail is overkill in a G31 system, but it's a good, high quality , inexpensive PSU.

thnx guyz but im changing my mind i'ill try to buy intel dg41rq motherboard?? how is it performance?? this board more reliable than asrock g31m vs?? how much minimum power supply required for dg41rq?? can i use standard power supply 350 watts 20 pins?? plz reply me quick.....

Just get PSU with 650W to cover full power and it will be helpful in the future for any upgrades or extras.
