Looking for advise on air cooling setup for AMD

First time builder. Seeking advise on an inexpensive cpu cooler for an AMD AM3 setup. So far this is what I've got so far.

AMD Athlon II x3 Rana 2.9
Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H
Thermaltake W0319RU 850 Watt ATX 12v2.2
G Skill 4 GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600
Antec Mini P180 Case
Hatachi Deskstar 1 TB HD

I may try to oc but not much (3.0 or 3.2 range) and not right off the bat. What I want to use the system for is moderate gaming , web surfing , and movie watching. Mostly looking for advise on cooling but if any one has any other thoughts or suggestions they would be greatly appriciated.
