So i thought I'd share this with you guys so other people looking for monitors can get the same thing. So I went to futureshop and I found this monitor
http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/subclass.asp?logon=&langid=EN&MSCSProfile=3C79F0C7EA3162B2B9AD68C2316B6FA1FC48A5476D7090BF2A27D62AD38DF4CBD3E3053A8DD11716CE6F534065622A854946808F6AF6D6B7774E7840FD35B6485B9D292270BB6E5441EB835D83B621A7B6C4D7014D8F11459099C45E316FB45BCF2672079AAFB60B5A7FAD1D427FBC3397675F4EF8EFB421&catid=25616

Now it's a descent 24" 1920 x 1200 monitor. It has vga and dvi and has a 5ms response time. Nothing special, though it is glossy which makes it have a really nice picture but on the flip side black background can get annoying unless you like looking at your reflection allot. Now for $360 and $400 with tax who in the world would buy this monitor right?
Here's the trick at staples they sell the same monitor for $240!!! That alone is a pretty sick price for a monitor like this. But I found out it doesnt include a dvi cable, so I went to futureshop and price matched the monitor. $220 and I already own multiple dvi cables.

Basically for someone who wants a nice monitor for a cheap price then this would be the best monitor for you. But remember it is only on sale for the price for the next week. I just saw this in staples and then latter went to futureshop in the same day :D

So heads up for anyone looking for a monitor!
(P.S. I know this should go in the monitor section, but I figure it'll be seen more here!)

Your link came up with 4 models.

If you can increase your budget to $240-250, I think you can get some better values.

An HDMI connection might be nice, or even Display Port.

HP, LG, Samsung are all good

HannsG and BenQ make some affordable but decent monitors

Seconded. I have an HP2475 that I cherish with my life. Unfortunately, it's more than twice the $240. All TN panels are more or less alike as far as image quality (correct me if I'm wrong). A lot of bad reviews you will read on the net have to do with cheap TN panels being compared to H-IPS, which is more than a little unfair. Just like there are audio snobs, there are also monitor image snobs (like me). But really, a TN panel is not all that bad for the majority of users and your wallet will thank you.

I still think you should look for a model with more inputs, though.

By the way, HP buys most of their panels from LG, in case that interests you.

Well the monitor is the HP one for people who didnt realize. But yea It's $220. It came out 2 weeks ago so there is a great lack of reviews for it, but from what I HAVE SEEN it looks much better with the Samsung T240. It's a 24" and 1920 x 1200 its original price is $300. I think that if someone is looking for a cheap respectable monitor at 1920x1200 then this is the one for them.

It has dvi and vga. There's no point of hdmi really unless you run consoles or there's speakers otherwise dvi gives the same quality image.
