Need help with missing drives

my drivers are missing, how do i get them back?

did you try double clicking on either hard disk drives or devices with removable media in my computer......

i tried that, the only thing thats on my pc computer page reads local disk c, it does not have the dvd rw drive or removable disk e

I believe by default Windows 7 hides drives that are empty. You'll need to disable that option in the Folder Options. Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab. Disable or uncheck "Hide empty drives in the Computer folder".
