For 100$ you have HD4770.Its a great card.

It is a bit slower than HD4850 but faster than 100$ Nvidia option i.e. 9800GT.

Yeah, just get the HD4770.

If your mobo has PCIE x16 or PCIE 2.0 slot then the card will be compatible.
