Asus P6T Deluxe V2 EATX Connector Help

Hello everyone

i need some advice as to what connector to use on asus p6t deluxe v2 as it has a 8-pin EATX socket, The PSU ive ordered is the antec cp 850w that has a 4-pin ATX12v connector and a 8pin EPS12v connector, id like to know what connector i should use? and if its the 4-pin what side do i plug it into, i cant rule out 1 connector by not fitting because ive not got my PSU yet, thatnks for any help out there

You will connect the 8-pin ESP12V connector to your motherboard. The 4-pin is in case you motherboard is older or doesn't have the 8-pin connector.

I have the same mobo, but the Antec TP-750 PSU. my 8-pin EATX12V mobo socket had a 4-pin "cover" on it...so I installed the 4-pin power supply.
Did I screw up?
Should I remove the 4-pin "cover" and install an 8-pin power cable there?
