Can I get by with this PSU for now?

Just for now, would I be able to get by with this PSU: 420W TurboLink LC-A420ATX. 12v shows a max of 28A? Or should I I not even risk it? I only ask bc I have all my parts but the PSU and it wont be here until wednesday

With these specs: (I will not be OC until I upgrade)
-ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX
-AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE
-G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit

I will be using the onboard GFX until I order a 5850 and a well known 600W+ PSU.
