Cingular restoral fee.

Hello,

I transferred my single line to Cingular from ATTWS and added an additonal
line. I was charged on my first bill $36 per line in "restoral fees" for a
grand total of $72. I called and learned this was a mistake, and they
quickly removed them. They were quite courteous about it.

Thought this might be useful to some of you who recently transferred.

"Whoops" charges are all too common with all cellular Carriers.

Yeah, "whoops." Luckily it only took one call to turn it around...
