Is the 5870 worth the extra $100?

I'm thinking about getting a new gaming PC, and have already picked out most of the parts. However, I am not sure if I should buy a 5850 or a 5870. I really want this PC to last 3 years, is the 5870 worth the extra $100?

Well HD 5870 is 10-15% faster than HD 5850 so i think 5850 has a better price/performance ratio

In my opinion, they are both overpriced at this point in time. If you can wait then wait.

If you can't, then go for the HD 5850 unless spending the extra $100 for 10% - 15% in performance is worth it to you.
