MSI h77ma-g43 underclocking my RAM :(

Hello, I need some help regarding my new MB (well I just assembled a whole new PC) because it seems to have my RAM working underclocked, I have left the stock configurations (I didn't want to mess up with this new UEFI thing) and the MB supports RAM up to 1600 without any OC.

The computer layout is this:

MB: MSI h77ma-g43
CPU: Intel i5 2550K
RAM: G.Skill Sniper DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL9

Any help would be really really welcome since I've been searching around the internet and haven't found anything.

by default ram wont run in XMP, all you have to do is enable the XMP profile and your set
