Flow rates when using splitters

I am designing 2 radiator loop one for my gpu crossfire and one loop for my cpu-bios loop
with one res and one pump

both loops will be in parallel one being cpu-bios single 120 rad and the other crossfire gpu triple rad for a total of 900 watts

I am splitting up the two with one splitting block on the supply side and one splitting block on the return side

MY Question here

being all fittings on the splitting blocks are a g 1/4 (input and output). there would be a restriction on the flow rate being input side is the same as the output

I want to go 1/2ID into the splitting block and 3/8ID output of the splitting block (which is pointless for the
g 1/4 thread size)

do i just not worry about the restrictions of flow rate and go with it
