Vcore 1 5v safe? amd

is the vcore safe? in the bios i set it to 1.525v

I'm concerned about all of the other voltage measurements in there. There's no way your 12v rail is running at 8v. Something is wrong and you need to figure out what it is before you damage something

No, DO NOT run it at 1.5v, anything over 1.43 is high, 1.45 is the absolute max it should be as specified by amd. I wouldn't go over 1.42v

I have the same cpu and its running happily at 1.35 stock voltages, any lower and I get bsods.

Don't OC. Overclocking is dangerous and some devices simply can't be pushed any further. You get what you pay for and that's the marketed speed.

Have you tried unlocking the fourth core?
if you can unlock it and just clock to 3.4GHz on the lowest voltage you can
1.55v is the recommended max you should use, you can go higher on water but its a killer
