Thermal Conductivity Compound

Hello,
I have processor I7 860 and I dont do any over clock , do I need to buy special thermal conductivity compound ?

I have ordinary heat sink compound (small white material in plastic ribbon), is it enough ?

if you arent planning on OCing at all, then the stock heatsink with the stock TIM will suffice. Better heatsinks and TIM are used when you need or want to get the temps lower but the stock heatsink is designed to keep them within acceptable range.

I saw under the fan heatsink 3 strips of gray material is that the enough ?

yeah, when you mount the heatsink it will squish and spread out to cover the entire based of the heatsink.
