Sending TV Video from a PC to a TV

In an earlier posting regarding playing back recorded mpegs from a PC to a
PVR I noticed a message from Margaret Wilson that said:

"The Screen Savers" has something to say on this subject:

When I click on this URL I go to G4TV, but I can't find the article.

I have recorded many shows to my PC and would like to play them back to my
TV. Does anyone know if the article explains how to do this?

If anyone else has figured out how to do this, I would really appreciate
hearing how.

I get a story about a game for the PS2. Seems to have nothing to do
with MPEG or a DVR.
