I'm on a windows 64 bit running Prime95 64bit.

I choose the Small SSTs because I assumed that was most torture on CPU.

It's Inte i5 2310 with a Z68 motherboard.

For overclocking, I'd say blend, it's good to test both large and small. You'll want to run it for a couple of hours.

Blend is the best. It tests everything and this is crucial for newer CPUs that have integrated PCIe controllers and memory controllers.

All three.

I choose all three of Prime, Intel burn Test, memtest86, SisoftSandra memory bandwidth/GPGPU/Multi-core efficiency tests, and a gaming session to test stability.

I find that it produces much quicker results than an over night run of prime. Less than 30 minutes and I'm usually either rock solid or unstable.

If you are on an unlocked processor, like a 2500k/2600k/etc., then all I would really recommend is Large FFT/Blend and Intel Burn Test to test FPU, integer, and the memory subsystem.
