CanNot format wd20ears

If you are using Windows, and if the drive is visible in Disk Management, then you should have no trouble in initialising and formatting it.

What is your configuration? Are you installing this drive as a boot drive or as a secondary data drive?

What do you mean by "NO SUCESS"?

BTW, all caps is considered to be SHOUTING and is bad practice. Perhaps that's why nobody replied to you. (I don't like all lowercase either)

What error are you getting? Did you initialize the disk before you tried to format it?

what file system you want to format, if you want to format your partition to FAT32, the disk management could only support the partition which is smaller than 32 GB, if it larger than 32 GB you could not do that, you'd better tell us what the meaning of "No success". If you get some error code or other error information.
Best Regards,
If you want to format partition which is larger than 32 GB into FAT 32, you could use the latest partition magic for Windows 7.
