Hi, I'm building a new system and using an old case which I'm not sure if it will hold a newer power supply. The case is from 2004, its an ENERMAX and there's a sticker on it saying "Designed for ATX 12V Ver 1.2".

What does this mean? Can anyone tell me what power supply options are available to me for this case. I think I'll go with a 550 or 600 watt for hi-end audio recording/production?? I'm just not sure about which one to get that will fit this case and have all the connectors I need for the other hardware I'm using for this build. How do I figure this out? Below is what I'm putting into it. The PSU in it right now is a (ENERMAX, model: EG301P-VB) Any advice on which PSU to get would be awesome. -Thanks!

ATX is a motherboard form factor standard that has been around for ages. It means it fits any ATX parts like mobos & psus:

The Corsair is high quality, but overkill for your outdated pc which uses IGP (onboard video). You can get by with a 400-500W PSU. This will suffice:

Do you plan to upgrade the video sometime in the future? If so, you should decide on the video 1st, then psu. However, a 600W will power most modern gpus.
