How good of a deal is that? Not very since you can get a better ATI Radeon HD 4890 for only about 10 USD more, or a little less performance from a cheaper 5770 that has dx 11 and other features. m 0 l Related resources Newegg Deal!!!!... eVGA 260 GTX Card - Forum Good deal? The GTX260s are an ok deal...I definitely wouldn't pay more than $160 for them since you can get a much better 4890 (equal to a GTX275) for about $180. Share tuesday0180 December 14, 2009 5:03:48 AM I had both the HD 4870 and now a GTX 260 216shader. My experience with both cards is similar. They perform similarily. Only difference is he HD 4870 ran way hotter than my GTX 260. It shot up to 98celsius one time. Highest my 260gtx is 75celsius. m 0 l shubham1401 a b U Graphics card December 14, 2009 5:54:55 AM I agree with yannifb And Bluescreendeath. A HD 4890 will be a better buy. m 0 l jyjjy a c 376 U Graphics card December 14, 2009 12:44:41 PM Yeah it's a good deal compared to most GTX 260s, but not compared to ATI cards around the same price. m 0 l Can't find your answer ?
