I am missing one channel on Replay Guide. What to do?

I used to have Channel 14 (STARZ) in my Channel Guide. For some reason, for
the past 2 weeks, I no longer can see this on my guide, although STARZ is
still on channel 14, and I can manually tune to this channel. My REPLAY has
successfully updated within the last 12 hours, so I think the problem is on
REPLAYTV's end.

I cannot figure out a way to manually add this one channel into the lineup.
What is the problem?
Is there any hope in emailing REPLAYTV and telling them that their channel
lineup is missing a channel?

I have a similar problem here. They say to contact zap2it, but that
isn't working. I sent that email (to zap2it) on Friday (4 days ago).

For each station missing, incorrectly listed etc provide the following
information

Station ID (for example, TNTP or WCBS)
Correct Channel Number
Incorrect Channel Number (as it appears in the Replay Channel Guide) if
applicable

PROVIDER NAME:
PROVIDER PHONE:
PROVIDER SERVICE: (Analog, Digital, etc.)
APARTMENT COMPLEX NAME:
CITY:
STATE:
ZIP:

You can email Customer Care at techsupport@replaytv.com.
Channel Guide requests are normally completed in 3 - 5 days

I find it may take more than a week or so to get the channel correctly
listed.

Well I am pleasantly surprised. Only minutes after sending an email to
customer service regarding the missing channel, I received the following
response:

"Thank you for choosing Replay TV. I have updated the channel guide this
could take up to 72 hours for your unit's channel guide to update. If you
have any other questions please feel free to contact customer support again.

Unfortunately, despite having connected to the network twice, I still don't
have STARZ Channel 14. So do I wait 3 days, or write them back. I must
admit that just receiving an email back from them makes me happy.
