You are looking at somewhat similar performance. For the H100 to out-perform the better air coolers out there (and only by 1-2C at most) you need to run fans on HIGH...often in push/pull requiring you to buy 2 additional fans.

For the price of an H100 + 2 additional fans, you are smack in the center of some XSPC entry level watercooling kits which will perform much better.

IMO- H100 isn't worth the cost for what it seems you are wanting.
