Looking for the right Graphics card.

I'm trying to decide which 4890 graphics card to use on new build. I'm leaning toward the build. SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X 100269VXL Radeon HD 4890 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card.
Any thoughts?

Is this a new build? or are you just putting together a system from other parts? The reason I ask is if it's a new build I would really look over your list of items and choose some more up to date selections. Why XP? It's 6 years old and has been replaced twice, Vista and Win7? If you are just trying to put together a system with current parts, I can understand. I would say any 4890 with a decent cooler to be honest. The vapor X is nice, but you usually pay a little extra for the cooling.
