I have 2 320GB HDD's in RAID0, I am installing a new Mobo, CPU, RAM and a SSD which will house my OS. How do I go about setting this new system up and then formating the 2 320GB's so that they are effectively two new 320GB HDD's? Thanks :)

You need to boot into the raid bios and set the array up. Once this is done, windows will see it as a single drive, then you can format it. Your motherboard manual will show to to activate the raid bios and set up the array.
