Hardware acceleration xp

Hello,
in my computer its model is "windows xp dell gx280" i cant play games in it, it needs a hardware accelerator, how i can get it? pls guide me clearly

Hardware acceleration is a software concept rather than a physical piece of equipment. Which game is causing the problem? Can you post the system requirements from the packaging the disk came in?

Also, click on your Start button then go to All Programmes >Accessories>System Tools>System Information. Place your cursor anywhere within that white form and press Control and A together then Control and C. Open a box to reply to this post and Control V will present the information.

Someone will be able to compare that with the game's requirements and advise you further.
