Fan controller

hi,
am building a watercooled pc..i am gonna be using the caselabs sth10 case...gonna mount 2x 560mm rads on top,
one 560mm and one 420mm rad on the bottom..and one 360mm on the side...i could use a 480mm on the side but am leaving some bay space for optical drives and stuff....am going to be using a ton of fans..so should i use a fan controller for this??am gonna be using the enermax vegas 140mm fans and 120mm cm sickleflow fans..so do i need a fan controller for em...i am gonna be using some intake fans inside the case too/...so should i get the fan controller for the case fans or the rad fans??and which one to buy?
and are earnmax fans good enough??i want to have the best of everything.....i need fans that have red led's and provide awesome cooling..sound is a big prob....

why chose when you can have it all, two of the first one or one of the second one could control all of your fans with power to spare.
