Choosing a CPU

For my 4th build, really want to carefully revise parts before screwing things up. For me, even choosing a simple case fan could be a pain in the back of the car axle. SO Intel i7 975 extreme or Intel Xeon E5450 Harpertown ?Both of them would OCd to 4.0GHz?

Don't waste your money!

How about an i7-920 which can be OCed to 4GHz+ in most cases?
