Current Crucial C300 128 to RAID 0 with M4 - TRIM?

Heya

I am thinking to buy an M4 to set up a RAID 0 with my C300 and I have read that I would lose TRIM, yet I have also read that the C300 has its own way of cleaning up. Does the M4 have this and will it be effective in RAID0? Also, if I were to instead buy a slightly cheaper - here in Japan - OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3-120G, OCZ Solid 3 SLD3-25SAT3-120G, or Corsair Force 3, would the Crucial cleaning tool still work in RAID?

OK, I've just seen this post http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/276464-32-raid-trim

So does that mean problem solved? If I RAID now, will I have to reinstall Windows to apply this?
