Overclocking my old pc

Hello,
I have an old Compaq presario sr1901wm. This is a link to the specs http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&product=1841799&dlc=en&docname=c00647121 I upgraded the psu to 450w and added a evga geforce 8600gs graphics card and added some extra ram (I have 1.18gigs) As you can see my processor isn't that great(AMD sempron 3200 1.8ghz). Is there a safe way to overclock?

HP uses a locked bios, this is to prevent users from overclocking.

If users screwed their system by overclocking, HP and other companies would get many complaints.

yeah unless you buy a new motherboard, and i think you would be hard pressed to find one that old, you are going to be out of luck for overclocking.

The only thing you could try, **and this is a long shot and could brick your board**, would be to find and unlocked BIOS and for your board and try flashing the bios. But like I said that would be a long shot and you would have to be careful finding a compatible one and even then you could still have problems with it.
