ASUS P7P55D-E Pro vs ASUS P7P55D Deluxe?
which one is better?

I find them both at the same price of $180 at newegg.com

Also, i am finding mixed reviews on the product.
Is this trustworthy?
Sorry if im being paranoid.

Both boards are good, difference being the Deluxe is a 1st gen P55 and does not feature usb3 and sata3.
The E-PRO is a new design and features all the latest tech.
And as far as Newegg reviews go, i take them with a grain of salt.
Every manufacturer releases the odd defective product.

So i should go with the E-Pro yes?

i was relying on the reviews because im inexperienced.

so you wholeheartedly recomend this board to me?
And is ASUS reputable?

sorry for my ignorance and questioning nature

Asus and Gigabyte are considered the most reputable mobo companies.
However Gigabyte has nothing currently available to compete with the E-PRO.
I have a P55 rig which i built 6 months ago sans usb3 and sata3.
If i were to build today i would buy the E-PRO.
I think most other members would probably agree with me on this mobo recommendation.

Wait for more responses if that makes you feel more confident.
