I have a Dell Dimension e510 with an Intel GMA 950 video card I wanna upgrade to an ATI 1GB 4650 but I'd need a new power supply. My problem is that I can't find any pci express x16 6 pin connector on my motherboard. I don't think I have any 6 pin connectors, so can I still just buy a new power supply and video card and make it work or am I out of luck because I don't have any 6 pin connectors on my motherboard.

Here is a picture of my motherboard:http://www.redplanettrading.com/ebay/motherboards/rd203/top800.jpg

You don't need a 6pin PCIe power connector for the HD4650, even the HD4670.
I have a Sapphire HD4670 1gb installed on my PDC 925, MSI 945PL Neo mobo, and it works well using a 300W power supply.

The 6-pin PCI-express is a power supply connector, not a motherboard connector. You don't need a new mobo neither a new PSU, just use a PCI-e to Molex adapter. (about $2 but most videocard packages include them).
