Any experienced overclocked with amd phenom ii x4 965?

Okay so i knocked up from 3.4Ghz to 4Ghz with a very slight voltage increase, upto 1.4250 and it was stable, tried going to 4.2 Ghz and an instant bluescreen, does it not go beyond that or would i need to pump up the voltage slightly?

I had a 965 black and I wouldn't suggest going much over 4 ghz for 24/7 oc on air. Your voltage seems ok. How are the temps, and are you running an air cooler? I wouldn't let it get above 60c
