CPU under full load

I recently built my pc and overclocked my q6600 to 3.2 ghz right away with stock cooling. My pc is fine at idle but i want to know a way to test it under full load so i don't have to sweat when gaming. Is there any way to put my pc under full load with a program? I already use speedfan to monitor my temps.

Linx will take about 5 minutes
OCCT will take about an hour
Prime95, peeps usually run overnight

I progress thru each one, not wanting to invest a whole day at each push....I kepe pushing till Liunx fails, drop off a notch and do OCCT....if OCCT works, final test is P95

I would recommend using HWmonitor instead of speedfan for temperature monitoring

thanks for the help guys. i ran hw monitor with LinX without even an over clock and i got it in the high 60s so that means no overclock for me
