Budget GPU for autocad and 3dmax

Like it says in the title what is the best BUDGET CPU price/performance for autoCAD and 3Dmax ? Or this kind of programs depends more in other component like the CPU ? I have in mid the GTX 560ti or GTX 570 and an intel core i5 2310 or 2500 like I'm not interested in overclock. The price of the GTX560ti here in my country is 250$ and the GTX570 is 385$ there is a big difference between these two cards in autoCAD and 3dmax? Or I'll be fine with the GTX 560ti ?.

your better off going for firepro/quadro... they will do better in professional apps, where geforce/radeon cards will struggle

Yes, I know they will do better but we don't have those kind of cards available here. Please stick to my question. I'm not asking other gpu recomendation.
