HDTune Results PIO Mode/Lockups

1. Hard drive IDE Controller intermittently switches to PIO mode leads to performance degradation. Re install the IDE Controller will get it back into DMA mode.
2. Random 'lockups' where the computer becomes unresponsive
3. BSOD once.

This is my system:
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card
NZXT Guardian Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
GIGABYTE GA-EP43-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard
PC Power and Cooling S61EPS 610W
Intel Pentium E5200 Wolfdale 2.5GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit
Western Digital Caviar Blue WD1600AAJB 160GB 7200 RPM IDE Ultra ATA100 / ATA-6 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

I'm thinking the HD might be the problem due to it switching to PIO mode.

This is the HDTune Benchmark I ran, but I'm not sure how to interpret it:

Question: Do you see any issue with the HDTune Benchmark?
