On board audio can be disable in two ways: BIOS or Windows.

Prefabricated systems may have less wiggle room, so if you can't find the BIOS setting, disable the onboard auido controller from Windows.

Go to Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers
Right click the device you want to disable, then select disable.

Thanks, I didn't know I could do it through Windows, sounds easier than messing with the Bios settings. I'll give it a try.
