Dear,

When i start my computer.I do nothing before yet.Regularly i work in ms office.In evening time i shutdown my pc & next day (morning) i start my computer then this masses is appear.

Suggestion:

Make a bootable Parted Magic CD.
Boot from CD and try to test and repair your HDD.
