Hi guys I am lost.. I was planning to buy

Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

BUT suddenly I saw this :

Western Digital Caviar Green WD15EARS 1.5TB 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

WTF... for $10 more I can get 500gb more spaces on the Western Digital Caviar. Whats really the difference between the two cuz really I can't really tell..i mean for additional $10 dollar I get 500gb more spaces! SO WHATS THE CATCH ...???????

WD have a bad failure rate.

Green drive usually spin slower to conserve power and heat.

Unless this is going to be for data storage and not for the o/s, get the WD15EARS 1.5TB.
