Cant remove custom color window 7

Hello,i am a windows 7 user . i would like to use a basic and high contrast theme . unfortunately , i cant do it . i don't even know my computer is getting a virus or bug , i cant change my window color for high contrast color . i can just put a custom color which i am not interested .

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking... You want to add custom colours to a high-contrast theme? I don't think that's possible, to be honest.
