I have a e-machines desktop with a GeForce 6100 graphics card- Can I replace this card with a Quadro 4 NVS 280 XGL? I want to run dual monitors...

The 6100 is an onboard "card". Its impossible to tell from the data provided if you have the slot needed to run that card. Also, why a quadro and not a radeon/geforce?

I have the Quadro 4... wondering if i can use it. I have a e-machines T3626, if that helps any. Thank you

I have the Quadro 4 card... I have an e-machines T3626 with a GeForce 6100. Ultimately woul like to have dual monitors. no gaming or movies. Just basic viewing. recommendations??

According to this, your computer has a PCIe 16x slot.

Your video card is also a PCIe card, so you should be good to go. There is the question of your PSU, but from what I can see your GPU is pretty old so you probably don't need to worry about that.
