Is it possible?

Somene told me that if something is compatible with a 7900 card it is compatible with a GTS 250

What barb size does the Swiftech MCW60 come with?

More about : swiftech mcw60 gts 250

is there a reason why you want to watercool a GPU that runs cold? Noise?

Well first off, the 250 runs cold out-of-the-box, unless you got a faulty card. The 250's overclocking threshold is not really that much to brag about, you might get a 10-15% bump in performance.... As far as folding goes, you can fold just fine with the stock cooler =)

The only reason you would want to WC your GPU would be due to noise or heat issues when it comes to the 250.

To answer your question, it seems that it is not compatible with the 250 if we go by what the website says...

But you can always call their tech dept and verify =)

I posted it here to and I got that any waterblock compatible with the 7900GT is comaptible with the GTS 250 and every revision and known make is compatible with it so I suppose I am ok right?

Didnt see any available for the 250, and many sites/forums say that it will fit since the mounting holes are the same but you need to be 100% sure before you install cause you might short the board....

If it does not sit flush and it touches the board you can say bye bye to your GPU =)
