Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death

Hi all,
Just had the dreaded blue screen of death at switch on. But the PC re-booted fine in normal mode. I had the first BSD's a couple of months back, but I did a fresh re-install and all seemed fine. The first time round, I got the BSD after I used AMD Catalyst to overdrive (in auto) my HD5670 graphics card. Then,as mentioned, I re-installed original factory settings. But now I seem to be able to play games (Crysis included) just fine with it. I didn't touch the overdrive after that.
The details from my BSD are:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 50
BCP1: FFFFFA9003690CA0
BCP2: 0000000000000000
BCP3: FFFFF8800133A158
BCP4: 0000000000000005
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

But there is nothing in the minidump file. Could it be that the graphics card has been permanently adversely affected by the initial overdrive, resulting in spontaneous BSD's?
Or could it be something else. It all seemed to start off when I did the card overdrive first time around. But,as I say, I can play games (putting it under stress) just fine at the moment.

Thanks in advance.
