Best $600-$700 gaming rig

I know that there are a bunch of post like this but I already have some things so mines a little bit different. I'll use my TV as the monitor so the resolution will be 720p. I already have RAM. I need everything else, including operating system.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Around Christmas
BUDGET RANGE: 600-700

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming, internet, music, videos

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Speakers, Monitor, RAM

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg.com or Tigerdirect.com

PARTS PREFERENCES: Best bang for the buck

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1,280 x 720 pixels

See all of the other posts. The TV makes no difference, except you can go lower on the GPU (1280x720 resolution). Disregard the RAM choices.

What RAM do you have? If its old DDR2 you will need new RAM or have to buy an old motherboard/CPU.
