Flash Formatting Question

Hi, thanks for taking the time to read this

I have a new laptop on the way and want to install windows onto it using a flash pen. I have found a program called WintoFlash that says it can do this for me, but it will have to format my flash pen to do it.

My question is once I've installed windows can I delete the windows files off my flash pen and use it as a storage device again? Or does it need to be formatted again somehow? Or is it forever stuck as a bootable device?

You would be able to use the Flash Drive as a storage device once you have installed Windows. Device would not become a bootable device forever.
