XP Workgroup Problem

Home network with 2 wired xp machines, 2 wireless xp machines and 1 network printer, some ipods. All machines connect to network and can access internet. The two wired machines can see each other via view workgroup. Neither can see the wireless computers. System was working at one point with complete connectivity. Several days agao wireless pc could see my wired pc and access data on my shared disks. Something went bad. No changes in hardware or configuration.

I have checked all items such as firewalls, workgroup names, simple file sharing enable, use netbios etc. Can;t figure out what else it could be. I have a linksys wireless router. I rebooted network etc. Did not help. I would appreciate any advice on this. Thanks!

More info ..... problem is solved if I turn on the wireless laptop. All of the sudden view workkgroup starts working again and all computers can see each other and access shared docs. I have checked the computer browser settings and no pc is a master.
