Compatable with powersupplies with 2x2 12 V and 2x10 power connectors?

Hello,
the connectors on the mobo are a 2x4 12v And 2x12 main. but the manual says it is compatible with 2x2 12v and 2x10 main power supplies...
i just want to double check before i kill my new mobo or cpu.

Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H
and considering the 12v you might wanna know what processor i am using.
AMD Dual core Callisto 3.0 ghz.
