How to setup 2 smaller ssd to look like 1 larger ssd

I picked up a 64gb SSD a few months back and now the same drive is on sale so I was thinking of grabbing another one.

Can I combine the 2 64GB drives and have windows 7 think its a single 128GB drive?

Currently I'm running the 1 64GB drive in SRT mode w/ a 1TB drive and I'm happy with the performance... I'm assuming the better setup would be the 2 SSD drives w/ windows and my apps installed on them and then the 1TB for just storage and old games?

RAID 0 ..... but ya will lose TRIM support
